You have purchased a Showcase product manufactured by ENLIGHT Industries, L.L.C. Showcase Vinyl Windows and Doors are manufactured to the highest standards of quality, and ENLIGHT believes that the product which you have purchased will continue to meet your needs far into the future. ENLIGHT warrants its Showcase windows and doors, vinyl frames and sashes, insulated glass, and all parts and components manufactured by ENLIGHT (collectively, the "Product") to be free from any manufacturing defects, subject to the terms and conditions listed herein. When properly installed and used in accordance with ENLIGHT's written instructions, the Product is further warranted against cracking, peeling, flaking, corrosion, rotting, or blistering. In addition, all of ENLIGHT's insulated glass is warranted to be free from seal failure that causes a material obstruction of vision from dust, moisture or film between the interior glass surfaces.

Should any such defect occur during the lifetime of the original purchaser while still owning the home in which the products were originally installed, ENLIGHT will, at its option, replace the product or refund the purchase price paid therefor. Claims under this warranty should be submitted in writing to the dealer through which the products were purchased.

ENLIGHT shall in no event bear any costs or expenses, for labor, removal, transportation, or shipping. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not apply to any defects or damages resulting from or connected with faulty installation, misuse, neglect, improper storage, vandalism, glass breakage, accidental damage, settlement on the building, pollution, or normal weathering. Showcase screens are not designed to prevent forced entry or to prevent objects, pets or persons from falling through them.

This warranty shall be for the benefit of the original purchaser only and may not be transferred.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, LIABILITIES TO OBLIGATIONS OF ENLIGHT, ORAL OR WRITTEN EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OR TRADE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ENLIGHT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DAMAGE TO HOUSE OF BUILDING, ITS CONTENTS OR PERSONS THEREIN, EVEN IN CASES OF NEGLIGENCE, NO REPRESENTATIVE OF ENLIGHT, DISTRIBUTOR OR DEALER IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO THE HOMEOWNER/CONSUMER.
