Packing & shipping for your doors, windows, screens, or hardware assembly is no problem. We ship anywhere.
Our procedure is to collect half when we begin your order and the balance just prior to shipping. We will collect at the time we order. No cancellations can be made after order is in production.
Quantity Discounts, Packing and Freight Charges
For orders of less than 5 units, add $55 crating charge, freight FOB Houston.
For orders of 5 to 9 units, no crating charge, freight FOB Houston.
For orders of 10 or more units, no crating charge, freight paid.
Volume packing available upon request.
Damages in Shipment
All merchandise is securely packed and leaves our warehouse in good condition. We are not liable for damage or loss of merchandise once it has left our warehouse. If shipment shows outside evidence of damage or you suspect damage:
1. Do not alter the shipping container until the freight carrier has inspected them.
2. Call trucking company to file claim immediately.
3. Notify us.
4. Shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of signed delivery.
5. Do not return any merchandise to us without our prior authorization.
6. Merchandise is fully insured by delivery company for 100% of value.
